Why I do what I do
Digitalisierung, KI und Veränderung schaffen Unsicherheit. Nicht weil Menschen Veränderungen ablehnen (das tun sie auch gern), sondern weil in den meisten Fällen die Orientierung fehlt.
Wer Klarheit über Ziele, Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und den nächsten sinnvollen Schritt hat, trifft bessere Entscheidungen und blickt optimistischer in die Zukunft.
Das ist meine persönliche Erfahrung.
Deshalb mein Motto: Orientierung schafft Optimismus.
Digitalisation, AI and change create uncertainty. Not because people resist change (though they certainly do that too), but because, in most cases, they lack direction.
Those who have clarity about goals, roles, responsibilities and the next sensible step make better decisions and look to the future with greater optimism.
That is my personal experience.
Hence my motto: Direction brings optimism.
